Hello,

 

Could anyone recommend a biodegradable liquid detergent for a commercial dishwasher that is approved for use on a food manufacturing facility with certified organic products?

Any leads are greatly appreciated!

Take a look at Borax (Boron) and also Natural Ginesis - I am not sure if Natural Ginesis (which we use extensively - but not in a dishwasher application) would be a match for your need, however it never hurts to make an inquiry -- www.naturalginesis.net
