FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor Course requires own copies of standards

Hi Team 

Please can someone advise me. Recetly during lock-down I have booked a FSSC22000 lead auditor course for myself as i see it as best time when i can spend 5 days learning something new and the training body sent me pre course material and one of the section says " Please be sure you bring the completed pack and your personal copy of ISO 22000 and ISO/TS 22002-1 with you when you attend the course

 

do i need to buy this for course as checked its cost CHF 118 and CHF 158 . 

 

can please someone advise will this be essential or any free copy available somewhere to download

I faced a similar problem during the training. But if you request, the training body sometimes does send the copy. At least they sent in my case.

 

I'm not so sure about this way, but if your organization has any consultant maybe they can help you with this issue.

I am sorry to tell that I don't understand why a lead auditor can't buy a copy of the standard against which he will perform audits.

Some give copies of their standards, but the price is then included in the training fee.

 

In any case, you can buy most of the Iso standards through ISO website, or through any national standardisation body. Sometimes, you can find them cheaper, because of money rates, on national websites. You also have a european one.

I bought mine on the belgian organisation website.
