I would like to ask if you can share any suppliers protocols/ requirement related to food safety during transfer of their facility.

Hi Ruzelle

 

The extent of the requirements would be dependent on risk but typical requirements are certification of the new site to a GFSI benchmarked standard including a relevant scope or alternatively a supplier audit conducted by a demonstrably competent auditor.

 

For lower risk suppliers a questionnaire may be acceptable.
