We are considering converting part of our warehouse into a baking room. I will try to attach a photo of the current ceiling. We are trying to figure out if we can to a spray foam ceiling that is popular in restaurants or do we have to install a drop ceiling. Thank you in advance for the help.

Spray foam would be fine. Drop ceilings are ok as well.

For spray foam - it needs to be the type that can be used in a food factory, will need to ensure no possibility of flaking, no fumes and can be used at the temperature of what would be the sustained temperature averages of the area/room.

Drop ceiling is fine too but will need to allow some way of ensuing pco access along with humidty issues.

Do you happen to know of any company that does the spray foam?

I work in a bakery as well, the drop ceiling for us was way harder to clean considering all the flower that goes up in the air and attaches to the ceiling. It was also a great home for pest so we got rid of it.
