Is anyone using this type of air ? 

I know its food grade safe , i am jut wandering if anyone has an IRL comparison to the different types of compressed air that is possible to use .

Hello Disco D,

 

Unfortunately, we do not use desiccant air but, are currently looking into desiccants and desiccant humidifiers for our processing plant (still in the research stage). I am hoping that it can help with food quality at our location. I would love to get your input and experience on desiccant air.
