How can I get HACCP food safety certificate for a small business?

 Dear team ,
Greetings from Rawat brothers hua hin Thailand. I am working with in a hotel and I have more then 20 year kitchen experience

but during Covid -19 I lost my job, so I staring a small restaurant in Thailand, I want to supply my groceries product in Hotels but many Hotels are asking HACCP or GMP certificate which I don't have can you give me a suggestion how can i get it, I have a small businesses  so

You'll need to develop HACCP plan and GMP, then do 3rd party audit to get a certificate. That document's what the hotels're asking for.

I would think just addressing GMPs and having simple procedures, which would just be written documentation of how your kitchen runs, and have it certified by a licensed CB should be enough.
