I am a technical director for a biscuit company in Ghana which employs about 600 workers. I hold an Mphil in molecular cell biology of infectious diseases, Msc in food microbiology and a certificate in food safety quality assurance and risk management. I have over 9 years working experience as a regulator working with the Food and Drugs Authority in Ghana.
