Has anyone used a badger hair brush to clean off the bloom off of chocolate?

I have my thoughts about this topic but I'd like to read some comments and suggestions.

 

Has anyone used a badger hair brush to clean off the bloom off of chocolate? If so, can you explain to me how this is safe? If not, what are ways to clean them off? -Thank you.
