Our products (dietary supplements) are packed in a single boxes. One bottle in one box. We have all the FDA information on the carton (box) label. If all the informations must be also on inside label?

Yes, that is common sense: food products shall have all necessary information on the label attached to the product primary packaging - in your case, it's a bottle
