Greetings and Hello to everyone,
My name is Debbie Miller. My background spans industrial, commercial and research venues, and encompasses dairy, USDA meat & poulty (anything from slaughter to further processed to retort), seafood (FDA) and juice. Now, I'm back to where I started - the dairy industry. I have taken a position as FDQA Manager with a small cheese plant that manufactures ricotta and fresh mozzarella. I have been out of "the business" for almost 10 years (translation: semi-retired and following a new career path) and I am now trying to "catch up" with the changes of the SQF as I dive into my new role.
You're likely to see me pop up with some silly questions as I try to wrap my head around what's new and different - I just need to set everything straight in my head. Not an easy job sometimes - Lol!
