INGREDIENTS, Skimmed Milk Powder, Moringa Powder (Moringa oleifera) - what's your take on this regarding interactions with other ingredients? Sugar, Maltodextrin - for solubility, dispersion, taste and flavour. Vegetable Oil - How do you incorporate vegetable oil in powdered milk and can the milk survive without it considering it's skimmed? Cocoa Powder, Carrageenan - an ingredient usually found in chocolate milk as a stabilizer, Soya Lecithin - emulsifier, Vanilla - for flavour. Pretty basic, no added synthetic vitamins and minerals. Does it lack anything or are there ingredients added that should not be there?

I have a blending company in Panama that mixes powdered skimed-milk with Moringa powder and uses monkfruit powder and MCT powder as well. their mixer is just a tad bit of lecithin.

Might be intelligible if re-formatted.

Without any specific chocolate powdered milk formulation to evaluate, I cannot provide a detailed analysis. However, a well-formulated chocolate powdered milk should have a balanced flavor profile that combines the sweetness of sugar with the bitterness of cocoa powder, creating a rich and satisfying chocolate taste. The powder should also dissolve easily in water or milk, leaving no clumps or residue. The quality and type of ingredients used in the formulation, such as the type of milk powder and cocoa powder, can also affect the final product's taste and texture. Additionally, the formulation should meet any relevant regulatory requirements for food safety and labeling.

That sounds like an awful lot of moringa powder. Are you aware of the typical recommended intake of this ingredient?
