Our company is expanding and there will be heavy construction activities going on throughout 2021.  We are looking for written food safety SOPs to perform both during construction activities and after construction activities are finished.  We are looking to get ahead of this as best we can, but start of construction will be happening soon. We are looking for help with SOP creation and maintenance of food safety on our current lines while these activities are going on. TIA

Interesting, we are working on a client's construction needs now.

 

You just need to first anticipate your expectations of how things need to run, how you will manage your service providers, agreements, etc. escorts, how you will prevent construction debris, dust, etc from entering your facility, etc.

It's basically simple from a Policy POV..

 

You need a  Procedure to minimise the hazard of potential BCPA contamination.

 

The details (WI?) will presumably be site-specific.
