Hi all, So, I have a fantastic guidance document for RTE foods I would however love to find some more guidance on non RTE (or all product groups aside to this). I am working on a juicing site at the moment and would for example like to find some guidance here but unsure of any other good micro guideline sources? Any able to guide me here? Thank you, Kate

HI Kate,

Unfortunately the link not work for me ?.

No idea what "juicing" means. Forest slang ?

Guidelines, mixed raw/RTE - See the links (and bracket) in this Post -

https://www.ifsqn.co...er/#entry138358

Micro. guidelines have relatively limited value for some foods.

Kind Regards,

Thanks for coming back to me Charles.
No no Forest slang, more just my slang

Basically they are milling, pressing, pasteurising and bottling....

I am aware of patulin being a risk but it was more understanding the acceptable limits for the full suite.

Thank you for the link I will have a look
