Hi everyone, I have a question concerning food labelling in Canada. We have an Easter chocolate, which weight approx 4.2 kg .

Since the reference portion is 40g, is it acceptable to write in the NFT  for 1/105 of the chocolate (40 g). It seems like 1/105  isn't very clear for the consumer .. Thanks in advance

You are correct.

you must state how many servings in total the bunny is (in my house, that's a single serving over one day lol)

AND the NFT by serving

You cannot change the fraction of 1/105   as that's what's required for this particular product :(   EVEN though it's goofy and of zero help to the consumer

Please stop referring to me as Sir/sirs
