Most peoples workplace has changed drastically over the last 12 months and the new norm is home office.

This has meant people feeling more isolated, more stressful, juggling kids etc..

We have been communicating via teams, and have had an insight in to peoples home lives more than we would have ever thought possible in the recent past.

Instead of the usual questions regarding cost, quality, delivery etc (not that these are not important) of purchased products how can without being too personal incorporate questions that have more empathy?

What meaningful questions can be incorporated in to a customer satisfaction survey to encompass all that?
