We are looking into toll drying. Is there a specific audit plan to follow for going to a toll dryer? We are planning on following SQF audit scheme. Will this be sufficient?

you are planning on going to the toll dryer and conduct an  audit?   i would say creating a audit based off of the sqf audit would be acceptable.
