I anticipate CCP/OPRP methodology in yr attachment is appropriate to iso-haccp as utilised in iso22000/fsssc22000.
Pls study the Excel file as contained in sub-link within the above linked Post.
Pls refer to Sheets 1 and 4 of the Excel file.
I anticipate that your "14" is equivalent to my "18" (see Columns O-X of Excel sheet 1) (Note that arrow heads are reversed in your scheme, reason unknown)
The Number "18" is arbitrary (eg intuitively risk-based) and I anticipate that your "14" has been analogously chosen.
Note that the Excel file referred above was based on ISO22000:2005. This version has now been superceded by iso22000:2018
The CCP/OPRP decision methodology in above Excel would now be replaced by an approach such as the one attached in this Post -
