Does anyone know retention requirements for the above? Not sure if they fall under the minimum of two years by the FDA or if they require more time for these records in particular. We only store & distribute food products.

there are some caviats, but SDSs are required tor be retained for 30 years.   29cfr 1910.1020

 

I don't know of any special pest control records retention requirements.
