ask yourself if the corrective action was sufficient and whether or not this was a deviation to a CCP
No CCP, not all will require further investigation
My deviation form allows us to categorize the corrective actions fpr a deviation as "justified" "n/a" or "corrective actions"
So let's say that production uses the incorrect label but catches it on the 3rd package and stops production, changes labels and verifies they have the right one now. Do you need to investigate this one off? I wouldn't
Now fast forward, you're seeing at least 1 of these types per month, now you've got to investigate why it keeps happening, so you'd need root cause and preventative measures, but remember, you need to also verify that those preventative measures have to been observed and measured as effective or not so that you can close out the deviation.............that could be a ton of work for you
