Dear Experts

I wanted to ask a question related to Training as per the BRC Standards. We have to comply with BRC, McD, YUM requirements and YUM being the most stringent with training delivery and refresher being annually, we have around 150 employees and pulling manpower to cover the training modules as per the standards is a huge challenge.

Can any of the experts here suggest a feasible tested training delivery method where it will not impact production time.

Many facilites use intertek alchemy training.   I dont know if its available in your country.

Its has pretty good modules for basic training and allows you to create your own ifyou want to include specfic content.    It is pc based and can be done in a class room or individually.   There are periodic quizs to ensure content is learned and lots of reporting.   it also has the ability to verify training was effective through observation in the workplace.  it can be used for  food safety, personnel safety, HR, etc.

Hi,

Yes, that seems like a feasible option.

This is accepted by your BRC (or GFSI) auditors for that matter?
