Hi guys,

 

Anyone here familiar what's the maximum allowable limit of Chloride on food products for the following countries?

 

- China

- Europe

- US

 

Is it express in %, ppm or mg/kg?

The EU doesn't set specific limits for chloride - see e.g. https://efsa.onlinel....efsa.2019.5779
