Hello dears

Is there any specification standard that permits adding hydrogen peroxide as additive to cheese ?

From what I have read, hydrogen peroxide in food is GRAS (generally recognized as safe). There is some language on the different foodstuffs where it is added and maximum treatment limits

you can see from https://www.accessda...cfm?CFRPart=133 that many cheeses can be treated with hydrogen peroxide.

Also, https://www.accessda...cfm?fr=184.1366 links to the GRAS standard for Hydrogen Peroxide. I would go back to part 133 to read up on the specific cheese.

Keep in mind this is relevant to US manufacturers. I see you are located in Egypt so I would check NFSA (Egyptian food safety authority)
