Hi,

We got a corrective action for not recording products given to staff.

Staff are basically just allowed to take product.

Simple way of handling this? Some kind of form or??

:)

Has to be easy, the boss is saying let

s just scrap products for staff. ;(

Hi AnnMou,

Couldn't you set up a simple carbon copy chitty system that logs product given to staff?

Kind regards,

Tony

I agree. Keep it simple. A sheet where the employee signs what they took, the expiration date or lot code (traceability) and the date they took it.
