SQF Practitioner and Back-up going on Maternity leave

I work for a small company, less than 50 employees that is SQF level 2 certified. The SQF Practitioner and the back-up SQF Practitioner will overlap on their maternity leave by approx 3 months. Do we need to have an additional Practitioner in that time or is this extenuating circumstances?

Yoy need another one, without this SQF wull pull you certificate.
