What criteria would you use to measure the performance of a cleaning program that has been outsourced to a 3rd party?

After-cleaning swabbing for Listeria and E. Coli demonstrate negative results.

Your Environmental monitoring program should dictate the effectiveness of sanitation (internal/external).

It could include Visual inspection, ATP testing, Pathogen swabbing.
