I need some guidance regarding quality objectives and targets. In all our forms the related SOP number is mentioned in header of form. Can i link objectives & targets form with SOP of Management Review , if not , what SOP should be linked with quality objectives and targets ??

Hi nabeelsiddique,

You could have a Quality Objective Procedure/Document in itself with links to Policy, Communication, Responsibility & Authority, and Management Review.

Kind regards,

Tony

Hi nabeelsiddique,

Quality targets must be unambiguous, specific and measurable, so that an unbiased periodic evaluation can be made.

For example:

- decrease of 10 percent in the number of complaints related to microbiology for product category X, relative to the kgs sold;

- Obtaining certificate Y with a minimum level score of Z%;

- Maintenance of the result level of hand hygiene E. coli swabs - compared to the previous year;

Edit: at our company, we define them always in our Management Review. In the procedure for Management Review, this is defined.
