Hi Everyone,
Would like to know what are the requirements for a packaging material to be qualified as a 'food grade packaging' material that is safe to be used in direct contact with food?
Example corrugated carton box. Does the material had to be subject special chemical treatment to ensure it is safe for food contact?
If the packaging supplier is HACCP certified, is this added assurance that the packaging material they supplied is also 'food grade packaging'?
