The free online benchmarking tool is designed to help you measure your business' performance against the UK as a whole, and by region or sector.

Registration is required - then spend five minutes completing the questions and you'll get a report showing how you compare with other businesses. It will suggest areas for development and offer links to content on the DTI web site to help you match technological solutions to your business objectives.

Dear Simon,

As a part of continuous improvement efforts we came across a tool called IQRS (International Quality Rating System) assessment. This is developed by DNV. Beyond this I do not have any idea about this tool. Can you suggest me as to what this tool is all about. What I can gain out of this tool. :uhm:
