How to collect pest control data for easier monitoring?

Hello All,

 

I need your help,

Did anyone have a excel that include like finding, CAPA, and other content in one excel, for easier monitoring, if we wanna tracing the data?

 

Maybe in this forum already discuss about this, please let me know

Are you doing pest control in house or are you contracting it out?  If contracting it out, your provider should be able to provide such reports for you.

My PCO's provide downloadable reports in excel or PDF versions from their online portals.  I take the excel data and trend it by the various facilities, keeping an eye out for trends and spikes.
