We had an audit with AIB for food contact packaging and have had no issues with past auditors but this last one gave us an unsatisfactory finding. Stacks of sheets are discharged off the machine and go down the line while employees walk alongside them and inspect for quality. dunnage is extra sheets of corrugated on the bottom of the unit. The auditor said this was not acceptable since they walk on the line. Our end customers cannot run those sheets on the bottom of the units because of handling damage and so on. In the past this was always acceptable but got us an automatic failure. Anyone in the industry have this issue in the past????
