Hello - Have you tried typing in "Recall Template" or "Mock Recall Template" in the search function?  The search function of this site is great and very useful as someone pointed out to me when I joined this site.  Hopefully you will be able to find what you are looking for or at least something to get you started.  There have been several discussions on this topic and there is a lot of information already available that even though it might be for a mock situation, we do those to prepare should the real event occur (praying it never does.:)) - Kind Regards

Here's a template I have used as a Withdrawal/Recall log. Its BRCGS and UK focused but may be some help.
