Hi!

 

My name is the FriendlyVegan and i currently work with a plant-based meal prepared frozen products.

I have been working plant-based my whole career with companies that make soy products, meat-alternatives, plant-based cheeses, etc.

 

The company i currently work with is relatively new thus there may be some assistance i need with building the food safety plan. I will need the companies help with it.

I will also link the FDA's Food Safety Plan Builder, which can help you learn the scope of a food safety plan. Even if you are not located in the USA, this information may be helpful to you and similar to your local regulations.
