Currently if you look at the poll results we have:
75 (21%) Europe
72 (20%) USA
52 (14%) UK
51 (14%) Asia
19 (5% each) Canada/Africa
It's a nice indication, but I can safely say "Lies, damned lies, and statistics."
Always wanted to say that.
Why? Well this is a very long running poll (started July 30, 2006) and I can tell you according to our latest data the IFSQN member demographic has changed somewhat over the years.
Last 3 months:
30% USA
18% UK
15% Europe
14% Asia
6% Canada
5% Australia
The big growth is clearly in the USA and I can say the likley reason for this is the growth of GFSI benchmarked standards in North America and the resulting demand for the practical information provided by these forums.

Simon

You not happy with Europe.
It woudl be nice I agree, invite all of your colleagues and if we get enough then we add "Germany" - maybe even a German speaking forum.
Right now we have very few active members from Deutschland.

Simon

I am from Australia. Currently I am working in a salad company as Senior Technical. It has been a long journey for me to expose to all food safety requirements in high risk food processing. I found this forum accidentally. It is like a information bomb. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience. I will share my little experience with you guys for relative discussions.

Since this post is about where we are in the world, below is a link for a global food fraud "notification" board.
https://trello.com/b...isk-information
I'm sure more food fraud goes on than what is posted, but the site provides some decent information for what goes on around the world in relation to food safety.
As much as food fraud exists, its good to know that there are people out there that care about safety just as much.
Enjoy!

Its a shame the C's couldn't follow through. There goes the city grand-slampionship considering the B's going to take the cup and then the Sox have a pretty decent chance.
