Good Day All,

We are facing issue with our frozen bread dough spiral freezer. It's entrance get frosty within couple of hours and this condition gets severe with longer production run. Have you faced this issue in your plant and can you provide some options to mitigate or stop this issue. Appreciate your suggestions.

Thank you,

Aditya

What is the difference in temp between ambient and freezer and bread dough?

You're best bet may be ensuring you have enough air circulation in that area, if the condensation doesn't stop moving it cannot form frost

Need an airgap alter-room that is lower in temp than primary freezer.

I agree with Consultant

You need to build a small blast freezer or cooler box along the last length of straightaway conveyor

Something like this

https://www.emicorp..../self-contained

As long as you have a ~50C difference in temps it will never change

Also suggest to discuss with manufacturer of freezer. They should be the experts.
