Hello everyone,

EMP (environmental monitoring program) is required by the US (ready-to-eat foods) and some countries, and also certifications which are recognized by GFSI 2020.1  (like FSSC 22000, SQF, and BRC). We have informed FSSC about our translation projects and got positive responses. Now, we release it.

Here is the link to download our translation (Taiwanese Mandarin) of FSSC EMP guidance (the document is bilingual).

We will keep translating new editions of FSSC guidelines.

Best,

I forgot to say (but many people knew it).

Besides some countries and certifications, EMP is essential for suppliers who sell products to some companies (such as Costco, Macdonald, and Starbucks).
