This is a silly question but I implemented our SQF system some 12 years ago and, since then, the system has seen significant bloat. (maybe I just feel this way because it happened while I was not at the company)
Our document numbers have got a little silly. QM - 2.5.2.8 for example. Not to mention that they're no longer in good order with the code as things change from time to time.
I'm looking to streamline and simplify - the program documents as well as the document numbering scheme.
What are you doing that you either like or don't like in terms of document management?
