I'm wondering that a warehouse that only stores and distributes chilled juice products that exports to the USA is required to have a Modified Food Safety Plan to monitor temperature?

Product is manufactured & distributed in chilled condition so monitoring of the temperature shall be a critical control point. Food Safety plan is a must.

Monitoring temperature in a warehouse that stores and distributes chilled foods and beverages is a must in your food safety plan.

Any temperatures outside the safe range pose a food safety risk.
