Hello all,
I just attended a course from one external organisation for Food safety internal Auditor.
Just wondering about the post assessment.
Has any one done an food safety internal audit audit plan as a part of assessment and submitted.
Can some 1 share the details please

Hi,
What we currently do is set up an internal audit as same manner as a external audit and follow through with all non-conformances. The point of internal audit is a self assessment and it helps you prepare for an upcoming third party audit. We document everything including non-conformances and rate them, then come up with a corrective action plan to address those non-conformances
