Hi Saeed Afzal,
If your company/product have certified to FSSC 22000 Version 6 (latest version). There are clause mention on this. I quote the sentence below:
'Where a claim (e.g. allergen, nutritional, method of production, chain of custody, raw material status, etc) is made on the product label or packaging, the organization shall maintain evidence of validation to support the claim and shall have verification systems in place, including traceability and mass balance, to ensure product integrity is maintained'.
So it is compulsory to have evidence or verification (as above) is your product are certified for FSSC 22000 but it is ethical to do it even you do not have this certification due to awareness of food safety and avoidance of food fraud.
Hope this helps.

Where the product is sold and under which regulatory authority, is going to have a significant impact on acceptable wording.

Is that like opposed to fake fruit?
Anyway, the label would carry - 5% Real Fruit (name of fruit).
I don't know about you, but I like 100% myself, 5% just does not cut it.
