Hello rams,

Can you please explain your operations/process a little bit?

Depending on that, you might either fall in C IV or FI of the FSSC 22000  v6.0, April 2023

Hi,

We procure green cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves from supplier . then they are cleaned and blended together in a certain proportion and packed retail PET containers and LDPE pouches

Hi Rams,

Contrary to the above post, it wouldn’t fall under FI which is retail, not manufacturing.

Your spice blends would fall into CIV Processing of ambient stable products:

Processing and packaging of products stored and sold at ambient temperature including canned foods, biscuits, snacks, oil, drinking water, beverages, pasta, flour, sugar and food-grade salt.

Kind regards,

Tony
