I don't know if you can help I am looking for HACCP for wedding catering company?

More information will help. What is the size of the catering company, what facilities do they have and what are the range of foods that they provide?

Hi Tony,

 

I am so sorry I have only just seen your reply. it Indian food that is made in a catering unit and they will cater for up to 500 guests at a time.
