Team, I have an upcoming employee engagement event focused on food safety and I'm looking for innovative ideas to inspire and engage our employees. Previously, I swabbed their hands to demonstrate the importance of hand cleanliness, which had a great impact. This time, I want to implement something similarly engaging that relates to real-life scenarios. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or suggestions you might have to make this event meaningful and memorable. Thank you!

Unclean hands pressed into white bread 5 3 1 days before the talk, so they can see what grows and how quickly  (turns out commercial white bread is really good for this activity)

Hi egonwie79,

For hand hygiene you could do individual hand plates taken on production floor then presented at the session, for example;

Also, how about a session where you show employees the various types of foreign bodies that have been found in products over the years? Usually good way of reminding employees why we have Hygiene Rules/GMPs

Kind regards,

Tony
