Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum, and look forward to the exchange of ideas and knowledge. When I graduated from the UofA in 2002 with a Food Science and Nutrition degree, I had no idea where my career would take me. I've been fortunate in my career to have excellent mentors and guidance, and am now at a stage in my career I enjoy passing on the knowledge, and the references, to inquiring minds, and filtering through the noise of the internet. Currently I work in Canada, as a Chief Innovation Officer, and although not directly involved in food safety or food quality matters, I have to keep up on my skills to an evolving market and improved understanding of risk prevention and novel process technology.
