Hello all,

I have a compliance related question.

As we know, FSSCV6 is comprised of a three part scheme.

  • ISO 22000:2018
  • ISO/TS 22002-X:2019 (X being your applicable industry)
  • FSSC additional requirements

Now, ISO has just officially withdrawn ISO/TS 22002-X:2019, replacing them with ISO 22002-100:2025 and ISO 22002-X:2025 (X again being whatever your industry is).

I know it's still very early days, but I do not see any news, updates, or statement from FSSC regarding this recent change.

I'm asking this as we are in the middle of updating our IMS documentation, and I realized I couldn't take out any mentions of ISO/TS as it's still technically required by the FSSC scheme.

But according to ISO, that document is now dead. Should I wait to update our documentation whenever FSSC releases their own update, or should I go ahead anyway and make my case to auditors whenever this point comes up? What would you do?

Important question. Clearly, major standards like ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 must first be updated before we can begin implementing the revised PRPs
