Hello everyone, I'm Samuel a young graduate of Biochemistry with an Apprenticeship experience in Quality Assurance and control from a food production company. I'm resuming a full time role as a product Development Manager at a Yoghurt producing company.
I hope joining this community would open my eyes and walk me the way through Food Safety practices and Updated Quality Control System's.
