Good internal communications are key for maintaining a positive team spirit. And notice boards (if used cleverly) are a useful communication tool.

With this in mind I thought it would be good to share the creative and interesting things we have on our notice boards.

I'll start off by brainstorming a few:

- Performance charts
- Notification of visits (customers, audits etc.)
- Results of the above
- Customer complaints
- Customer thanks
- Clippings about the company from trade press
- Printed pages from the company web site
- Copies of company certificates and awards
- Photographs of health and safety and first aid team members
- Photographs of new starters and a short biography
- Policies (quality, food safety, health & safety, environmental)
- Mission statement
- Company objectives
- Where the business is doing well and where it needs to improve
- Monthly message from the top dog

What do you put on your notice board?

Regards,
Simon

Simon,

Just a few to add:

Daily taste panel trends
Non conforming product trends
Hygiene audit trends
Actual foreign bodies returned by customers

plus the usual inspirational photo of a formula 1 racing car tyre change :uhm:

Interesting additions. Putting visual examples of foreign body complaints or indeed any other compalint is very useful. Not sure about the F1 picture - I think you can keep that one mate.

Thanks,
Simon
