Going back to the turban / headscarf issue - my view is you wouldn't allow someone to wear outside clothes without a white coat or similar in a food preparation area so I've always enforced mob caps over turbans or headscarfs. I've not had any issues with the workforce doing this, the only problems I have are with bl**dy beard snoods!

I just mean the close weave alternative to a hairnet although I think that's where they come from!
Don't get me started on eyebrows! The arguments I've had with people when trying to get them to wear snoods! "What about eyebrows?" "What about the women?" is the usual response I get.
