What is Prioritisation matrix? How it is different from Pareto chart, which we usally employ for defining.

Hi Manoj,

A Prioritisation Matrix is just another method of determining the 'vital few' during project / problem selection. As opposed to a Pareto Chart the Prioritisation Matrix is used by teams usually in conjunction with brainstorming. There is a very good explanation here:
