Hiya..I'm Susan from Melbourne Australia - work as a quality & food safety auditor - mainly for the opportunity to see lots of food factories :-) ! Am finding this site a fantastic resource for all the isolated QA people out there not to mention their auditors.. Looking forward to meeting everyone in the forums..
