The ISO Survey of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 Certificates, which each year provides an overview of certification to ISO's well-known quality and environmental management system standards, has just been published revealing the worldwide situation at the end of 2003.

:tired:

Had a bloody good conversation with a few of my customers Quality reps the other day.

It is amazing the amount of cynicism of the certification process (me included) and these are the quality professionals.

Lod knows what the unknowing think!!!! (I can guess)

I've not had the time (or inclination) to read the report yet. If my conversations with QM's, Consultants and CB's over the past year or so are anything to go by ISO 9000 is on it's way out in the UK - albeit slowly.

Simon
